Sunday brunch, 12/06/15: Not-at-All-Latino Breakfast Quesadillas. Scrambled eggs with sautéed green onion, grape tomatoes, and grated provolone, folded into warm flour tortillas and garnished with sour cream and paprika. Aaaand mimosas. Soundtrack: Dvorak Piano Concerto in G minor; Andreas Boyde with the Freiburg Philharmonic, conducted by Johannes Fritzsch.
