Sunday Brunch, 12/20/15: Sausage and Blue Oven English muffins with "oeufs hachee" (hashed eggs; basically, they start out as sunny side up, but when the white isn't quite set, you slowly stir them together then drizzle in a little milk and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper and a bit of grated Swiss.) Aaaand mimosas. Soundtrack: "A Carnegoe Hall Christmas Concert"; Kathleen Battle, Frederica Von Stade, Wynton Marsalis and his septet, the AmErican Boychoir, and Andre Previn conducting the Orchestra of St. Luke's.
