Sunday Brunch, 12/20/15: Sausage and Blue Oven English muffins with "oeufs hachee" (hashed eggs; basically, they start out as sunny side up, but when the white isn't quite set, you slowly stir them together then drizzle in a little milk and melted butter. Season with salt and pepper and a bit of grated Swiss.) Aaaand mimosas. Soundtrack: "A Carnegoe Hall Christmas Concert"; Kathleen Battle, Frederica Von Stade, Wynton Marsalis and his septet, the AmErican Boychoir, and Andre Previn conducting the Orchestra of St. Luke's.

Scrambled eggs with sautéed green onion, grape tomatoes, and grated provolone, folded into warm flour tortillas and garnished with sour cream and paprika. Aaaand mimosas.
